Privacy policy

What personal data WP Ape collects, why, who processes it and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

WP Ape is run by Robosoft sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland. The company is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.

Questions about this policy or your data: privacy@robosoft.co.

Forms

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and carry out the work (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered to our team through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and our follow-up, and for client projects as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use the privacy-friendly analytics tool Matomo, hosted on our own server (st.upzilla.co), to see which pages are useful. It runs only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice; without it nothing is tracked. Matomo then sets the cookies _pk_id (13 months) and _pk_ses (30 minutes), and IP addresses are anonymised. Statistics are not shared with anyone. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your choice is stored in the essential cookie consent for 13 months. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Hosting and security

The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages, protect the site from attacks and keep short-lived logs (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address when the page loads. Both providers may process data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to privacy@robosoft.co. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
